What is Music Therapy?

A recognised psychological intervention- For 60 years, music therapy has been a clinical profession, with its roots in hospital care and developmental disabilities.

Therapy, without the words, without the pressure - Using the creativity and novelty of musical engagement to aid communication and social skills, build routine, cope with transitions and improve mobility.

Available in blocks of 6 individual or group sessions - Enquire to trial music therapy sessions in your organisation e.g. care homes or charities, or 1:1 tailored sessions for adults or children.

Ethical practice - I hold a valid DBS certificate and a HCPC registration as a qualified music therapist. It is my professional promise to work to a high ethical standard.
