Get to know me
Scarlett and her violin have been inseparable from the age of 6 and have travelled the world together! (It's true, she's like my child.)
Classically trained, with both a first class Music degree and a Masters degree in Music Therapy, alongside a DipABRSM in violin performance, Scarlett started booking events 5 years ago. She has played orchestrally for 15 years, and has travelled all over Europe performing in orchestras. Closer to home, Scarlett has performed at weddings, engagements, birthdays and corporate events including a weekend apperance in John Lewis. (It goes without saying, I'd happily hop on a plane for another worldwide gig please!)
Later in life, Scarlett is now based primarily in the North-East but travels up and down the country. Her playing has expanded after becoming inspired by Country musicians Zach Bryan and Philip Bowen. Combining a unique blend of Classical violin and country fiddle sets Scarlett apart. (I'll let you know now that I don't try to turn Canon in D or Wedding March into a country tune...)
Another string to her bow is Scarlett's choral singing career. Having performed to the Queen at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in St Paul's Cathedral, Scarlett is no stranger to high-stakes and large audiences! (Had to get that in there!)
Reviews of Scarlett include her striking stage presence, her personality and professionalism. These reviews are testament to how much Scarlett enjoys playing at client's events, and setting the auditory scene for such special moments. (I really, truly do love my job.)
